SOCIAL ADAPTATION TRAINING
Social Adaptation Workshops are interactive activities for Children and the Youth, teaching them how to behave appropriately in social situations and interpret properly emotionally significant events.
Components of the Social Adaptation Training:
• Practical preparation for aware participation and coping with social situations (in contact with both peers and adults). Through role play and workshop exercises, we learn, for example:
Children: how to behave when a friend teases and hurts, how to make a birthday congratulation, how to talk on the phone, how to relax after a busy day, how to give and accept compliments, how to make friends, how to cope with challenges, difficulties, emotions, stress, failure, or how to behave when an unknown adult accost us. the Youth: how to use our emotional intelligence, how to build self-esteem, how to find themselves in a difficult group, how to communicate with their peers.
Each course participant plays many roles in the context of one situation, so he can learn to look at it from different perspectives, he or she experiences and learns empathy.
• teaches self-presentation and speaking in front of a group of listeners (very important in the context of recruitment procedures in the course of further education) • the development of personality, strengthens self-confidence, awareness of strengths, builds up development potential • teaches to have a nice speech: breathing practice, fluidity and clarity of expression, speech therapy energizing exercises

• all materials and teaching aids • individual folders in which participants collect selected materials, homework, awards • demonstration lesson and the presentation of our Laboratory before starting classes • diploma after course completion
